On Shipham War Memorial… so would we exclude ? 1901 Census has no Frederick James of right age, but does have Fred and Alice living in Kilmersdon, working in the Police and With 2 children : Theodore 5 and Ivor L 3…. Both born in Winscombe…which one is FJ?could it be Theodore after a rethink on names ????
